Mike Posner x Palestra Music Interview

Below, you can check out a very cool interview with one of my favorite artists, Mike Posner. In the interview, Mike chops it up about talks about his current and upcoming mixtape, his debut LP, relationships with Big Sean and Don Cannon and how he’s able to balance work and school.

Mike Posner seems like a very down to earth kind of guy, which helps me respect him and his music even more. And can you believe, he holds a 3.7GPA at Duke.

So Mike Posner, along with Big Sean, The Kid Daytona, Homeboy Sandman and others performed at Peter Rosenberg’s Who’s Next showcase last night at S.O.B.’s. At the performance, Mike Posner and Big Sean tear it down, by performing some of their most celebrated hits to date.

I must admit, Mike Posner and Big Sean have one of the most fun and interactive sets that I have seen. These two young artists have fun during their performances and it shows because their fans are die hards. I mean come on, all the people in the audience know all of the words to every song. Coincidence? Nah, they are truly great artists with a strong fan base.
