Like I have said before, if you cannot make it to Jay-Z’s upcoming September 11th, “Answer the Call” show at Madison Square Garden, then you may still be in luck. As expected, Jay will be making some tour stops in accordance to his upcoming Blueprint 3 album, which will make his fans quite happy. Looks like I will make heading to the November 12th show a priority.

In the video below, Wale performs on BET’s Rising Icon, the new 30 minute concert series, supporting new artists. Personally, I think that Wale did his thing and after watching this, I want to see him live.

Illvibes caught up with DMV’s own, Wale, backstage and onstage at Love Nightclub in Washington, DC, where he performed his hits Dig Dug, Chillin‘, and the DMV-themed, Nike Boots. Check Mr. Never-wear-the-same-thing out below as he rocks the crowd.
