Now really, tell me that movie trailer does not look like it has potential to be a great flick, though it has a I Am Legend feel.

Denzel Washington > Will Smith.

Green Lantern Trailer

July 5, 2009

Here is a fan made trailer for an upcoming super hero movie, Green Lantern, slated to debut in June of 2011. Though this trailer takes scenes from Fantastic 4, Star Trek, and others, it is quite the trailer. This fan made movie trailer, done by Jaron Pitts, is made very well, getting me amped for Green Lantern to officially come out in two years. Take a look below.

I think that he did a phenomenal job with editing this and creating such a great piece of art. Kudos Jaron. Thoughts?

Revenge Of The Fallen

June 26, 2009

The Transformers sequel is smashing box office records in America after taking in more than $60 million in its first day on release. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has been savaged by critics, but the bad press isn’t keeping film fans away from cinemas. In its first 24 hours, the film claimed the best Wednesday gross of all-time and second biggest single-day gross in U.S. box office history, $7 million shy of tying The Dark Knight’s overall single-day record, which was set last year. Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix previously held the best single day Wednesday total of $44.2 million. As previously reported by WENN, the film made $16 million from midnight screenings in America on Tuesday night, June 23rd, 2009.

Transformers II: Revenge of the Fallen

I could easily rant on this for a few hours, but I will leave it to just one word: amazing.

Voltron Transforms

June 20, 2009

Sold in the 1980s by Impulse Ltd., this item combines two of my favorite things in life, robots and cameras, into one amazing product. The Voltron Star Shooter is an actual working camera that transforms into Voltron with just a few flicks of the wrist. While the SLR lens is fake, the camera does in fact shoot 110 film.

Voltron Camera

Well, this Voltron camera is just absolutely bonkers. When I ran across this, I decided that I had to preview it on this blog due to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen coming out this upcoming week. I think this concept and design are very original in thought. What do you think?

Also, check out the trailer to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen after the break.
