Judd Apatow’s Funny People has the potential to be one of the summer’s best films. I am more than excited to go see this tomorrow, so I wanted to throw up the official trailer for the film. Check it out below.
Also, you can check out the entire plot and synopsis after the here.
The other day, I posted a freestyle session between J. Cole and XV, where both artists showcased their lyrical abilities. Well today, I am releasing a brand new joint by XV, featuring Detroit’s own, Big Sean, entitled Life Vs. Living. XV’s joint, produced by Omen, displays both young MC’s talent. Check the track out below.
Looks like Mariah Carey’s Obsessed video rubbed Eminem the wrong way a bit. In his official response to the video, an angry Eminem takes shots at both Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. Check out Eminem’s latest ether, The Warning, below.
A while back, I released an early version of All Eyes On Me by the Clipse, featuring Keri Hilson, and today I am dropping the final, mastered version of the joint. The difference? The new song features a new intro, has Keri replace Pharrell on the hook, explicit lyrics and more.
Pete Oyler, a recent graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, is the mastermind behind the Stretch Shelf, an innovative interior shelving unit made of cast rubber and machined aluminum.
And here comes Pete Oyler with an innovative home shelving system. Essentially, this shelving unit is a giant rubber band. I love the creativity and design of this, but what are your thoughts?
Check out more photos of the stretch shelf after the break.
Live at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on The Great Hangover tour, Kid Cudi performs Embrace the Martian to a more than live crowd. Even though I have watched a plethora of Cudi performances from this tour, I have yet to be amazed. In the video below you get a great set as Kid Cudi performs one of my favorite joints by him.
To honor Michael Jordan’s induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Gatorade created the Jordan Series, a set of six limited-edition labels commemorating his legendary career. Gatorade then used over 14,000 bottles to re-create one of Jordans ultimate G Moments, so check it out below. And by the way, this video was amazing, so don’t pass it up.
For the upcoming Fall/Winter season, Common Projects continues to develop and enlarge their offering by introducing a new side zipper high top sneaker. The sneaker comes in black and dark red colorways and features a side zipper, button strap and vintage aesthetics on the sole. The sneaker is now available in both colorways at Colette, so check them out.
Common Projects has ceased to impress me with their creative, yet simplistic design tactics. The zip sneaker by Common Projects utilizes a classic high top silhouette, but adds a creative kick by using a zipper and button strap. As I have mentioned before, I love the simplistic approach that CP takes when it comes to their designs, so of course I would love these high tops. Thoughts?
Check out more photos of Common Project’s Fall/Winter High Top Zip Sneaker after the break.
Presumably shot while out in Europe, Kid Cudi chops it up with NRK about the Make Her Say video, but mostly about the album, the sound he’s trying to create and being creative. This is a pretty cool interview into the vision of Cudi’s upcoming album. Be sure to check it out below.
“Literally I’m not lieing, you’ve never heard anything like this.”
“I’m trying to end the segregation in between genre’s and kind of fuse them together”
