Air Jordan 60+ Black/Red

August 12, 2009

Today, the Jordan Brand release their latest hybrid sneaker concoction to the US market, dubbed the 60+. The kicks, inspired by Michael Jordan’s 60+ point performances, features a mash-up of five celebrated classics into a new 3/4 cut basketball sneaker. The sneakers are available in the classic Chicago Bulls black/red/white color combo, and can now be purchased directly through NikeStore.com.

Brand Jordan has done it again, by introducing this timeless piece to the market. Personally, I love the fusion of the sneakers, but more so, the classic Bulls colorway. I can spot three different pairs of Jordans in this rendition, what about you?

Check out more shots of the J’s after the break.

Michael Jordan Performance Art

July 29, 2009

To honor Michael Jordan’s induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Gatorade created the Jordan Series, a set of six limited-edition labels commemorating his legendary career. Gatorade then used over 14,000 bottles to re-create one of Jordans ultimate G Moments, so check it out below. And by the way, this video was amazing, so don’t pass it up.

Amazing right?

Air Jordan XI – Space Jam Rendition

July 17, 2009

The Air Jordan XI “Space Jam” is arguably one of the most desired Air Jordan Retro’s in the history of the Jordan Brand. Originally released after Michael Jordan wore them in the movie, Space Jam, the shoes sold out the first time they were released and then a number of years later when they were retroed. Now the shoes are on the verge of their second retro and there isn’t much different about these than the first two times they were released. The AJ’s are scheduled to be released at the end of November, running at a retail price of $175.

Yet another Air Jordan that all sneaker heads will rage over is being released this year. Quite honestly, I have always been a fan of the Space Jam rendition of the Air Jordan XI, but seeing these in a mint form make me even more hyped. I would love to rock these, but the price is ridiculous. Thoughts?

Do The Right Thing

June 26, 2009

The Air Jordan 1 “Do the Right Thing” pack based on the seminal Air Jordan has hit select retailers. The pack, which comes in two colorways, features similar colors with white uppers and hits of green/red. Little references to the iconic Spike Lee “Do The Right Thing” movie are seen on select parts of the shoe such as the inner lining. Overall, this pack is a nice contemporary update to an original Air Jordan 1 colorway.

Air Jordan 1 “Do The Right Thing” Collection

This Air Jordan 1 “Do The Right Thing” pack is quite the collection for all sneaker heads. In my opinion, the Air Jordan 1 is one of the more underrated models of the Air Jordan collection, but this pack shows us that the AJ 1 cannot be slept on. To me, both colorways are quite exquisite and deserve a round of applause. Are you feelin’ these?

Air Jordan III True Blue Retro

June 17, 2009

Here comes a further look into what is arguably going to be one of the most anticipated Air Jordan drops of the year. Based on what is already a popular choice amongst the Jordan crowd, the stakes are increased thanks to return of the True Blue colorway. With an August release on the horizon, little is known regarding exactly where the shoe will land and in what accounts, so be sure to stay tuned because I will be posting more information once I get it.

Air Jordan III True Blue Retro

I do not need to rant about these because the shoe does speak for itself, but woah nelly, these pair of Jordan’s are absolutely crazy. These Jordan’s are already one of the most popular models, as I mentioned above, but having the return of the True Blue colorway is nothing less than amazing. I absolutely love this model and this colorway, what do you think?

Air Jordan XII Retro “Rising Sun”

June 17, 2009

This Air Jordan XII Retro, being called the “Rising Sun” AJ XII, inspired from the Japanese “Rising Sun” flag, has perforated leather panels on the shoe’s upper. This Jordan XII features an all white upper with minimal hints of varsity red accents. The shoe’s inside is the only part of the shoe that will be black. These are scheduled to drop at the end of this year, so stay on the look out.

Take A Closer Look

May 16, 2009

In a previous post, I took a look at the Jordan V Toro Bravo Pack, and today, I am taking a closer look into the new pack that will be dropping just two short weeks. Like I said in my last post, these shoes are straight sid vicious and I love both pairs.

Air Jordan 5 “Toro Bravo” Pack

The highly anticipated Air Jordan 5 Toro Bravo, aka Raging Bull Pack, is set to release on Saturday, May 30th at select Jordan accounts worldwide. With the release date just around the corner, we get a closer look into the set, inspired by the Running of the Bulls event in Pamplona, Spain. The kicks will be accompanied by a highly detailed crate themed box featuring the eyes of a bull peering through.

Check out more detailed photos of this pack after the jump. And trust me, you do not want to miss out on these.

Air Jordan’s V

May 3, 2009

So, here is some good news for sneaker heads and fanatics. The next pack that is arriving from Jordan is the Toro Bravo Pack. This pack will have two colorways, black and red; and in my opinion, those are two great colorways, ha.

Air Jordan's V

Now, to me, these Jordan’s are underrated amongst fellow sneaker heads, but I am a true fan of these. The design, high tongue, colorways, with the signature Jordan jumper makes for a dope pair of shoes. These drop at the end of this month on the 30th at all Nike retailer shops.

Again, I must end with, owww.
