Air Jordan XI – Space Jam Rendition

July 17, 2009

The Air Jordan XI “Space Jam” is arguably one of the most desired Air Jordan Retro’s in the history of the Jordan Brand. Originally released after Michael Jordan wore them in the movie, Space Jam, the shoes sold out the first time they were released and then a number of years later when they were retroed. Now the shoes are on the verge of their second retro and there isn’t much different about these than the first two times they were released. The AJ’s are scheduled to be released at the end of November, running at a retail price of $175.

Yet another Air Jordan that all sneaker heads will rage over is being released this year. Quite honestly, I have always been a fan of the Space Jam rendition of the Air Jordan XI, but seeing these in a mint form make me even more hyped. I would love to rock these, but the price is ridiculous. Thoughts?

Nike Air Tech Challenge Hybrid

July 3, 2009

Following up on a couple of retro-geared colorways, Nike unveils a more contemporary black/tiffany rendition of their Air Tech Challenge Hybrid. The sneakers feature a mostly black based with patent leather and tiffany accents, fusing four generations of Andre Agassi signature models into one. A release date is uncertain as they may just remain as samples, but stay tuned for more information.

Well, for the sake of sneaker fans, I hope that Nike releases this hybrid these because they are absolutely fresh. I love how Nike fuses four generations of Andre Agassi’s signature models into one exquisite pair of sneakers. These sneakers, that uphold a mostly black frame with tiffany accents, have my undivided attention. I am a fan, what are you thinking about these?

Air Jordan III True Blue Retro

June 17, 2009

Here comes a further look into what is arguably going to be one of the most anticipated Air Jordan drops of the year. Based on what is already a popular choice amongst the Jordan crowd, the stakes are increased thanks to return of the True Blue colorway. With an August release on the horizon, little is known regarding exactly where the shoe will land and in what accounts, so be sure to stay tuned because I will be posting more information once I get it.

I do not need to rant about these because the shoe does speak for itself, but woah nelly, these pair of Jordan’s are absolutely crazy. These Jordan’s are already one of the most popular models, as I mentioned above, but having the return of the True Blue colorway is nothing less than amazing. I absolutely love this model and this colorway, what do you think?

Air Jordan XII Retro “Rising Sun”

June 17, 2009

This Air Jordan XII Retro, being called the “Rising Sun” AJ XII, inspired from the Japanese “Rising Sun” flag, has perforated leather panels on the shoe’s upper. This Jordan XII features an all white upper with minimal hints of varsity red accents. The shoe’s inside is the only part of the shoe that will be black. These are scheduled to drop at the end of this year, so stay on the look out.

Nike Air Hoop Structure

June 13, 2009

The Nike Hoop Structure is a new fusion Retro Basketball shoe that blends the original Nike Air Structure Triax into a high cut sneaker that resembles something we may have gotten from Nike Basketball in the early 1990’s. Here is the newest colorway that will be releasing in the Holiday season of this year. This colorway is actually identitical to that of the original Air Structure Triax.

Nike Dynasty Leather Retro

June 10, 2009

Here is look into Nike’s upcoming releases with this Dynasty Leather retro. Although it may look like a mash-up of several more popular Nike basketball high tops, these particular Dynasty’s were originally released in 1985. Now, the Dynasty is set to make a comeback this fall. The nylon tongued, removable strapped Dynasty Leather hi tops are sure to be a popular release. The black and white colorway pictured above drops in the Spring of 2010.

So, here is yet another post on one of my favorite companies, Nike. Nike is doing yet another retro mash-up that will have sneaker heads in awe. The sneaker shown above is nothing less than sick. I love the blakc/white colorway, high tongue, and the straps on the backside. These Nikes are a must have when they are released. Feeling them?
