Hov explains that the album is one of his favorites because it transcends time and genres, allowing people of all races, cultures and ages to enjoy it. Personally, I wouldn’t have guessed it would be Off the Wall, but I will agree with Hov that it is one of the best albums ever, easily in my top ten.
