Doubting that the Clipse were serious when they rapped, “I’m kinda like a big deal?” Well the video above proves that they were serious. Spotted in Denver, Colorado, the Virginian rap-duo, made of Malice and Pusha T, get some shopping done and then of course, rock the crowd.
Til The Casket Dropsis in stores this October 20th, so go out and support one of the greater rap groups ever. Ever? Yes, ever.
A few weeks ago, I gave you all some behind the scenes video footage to the Clipse’s I’m Good, featuring Pharrell, and today I am dropping the finished product. I am a fan of the video, but what are your thoughts?
A while back, I released an early version of All Eyes On Me by the Clipse, featuring Keri Hilson, and today I am dropping the final, mastered version of the joint. The difference? The new song features a new intro, has Keri replace Pharrell on the hook, explicit lyrics and more.
In part 1 of the interview, Malice and Pusha-T talk about their rhyming style, their clever wordplay, and if they’re ever worried some of their lines go over people’s heads. In part 2 of the interview, the Clipse chop it up about crafting Kinda Like A Big Deal with Kanye and DJ Khalil and their new album, Till The Casket Drops. Check out the interview below.
In the interview below with DJ Swerve, Kid Cudi talks about his forth-coming TV series, his latest radio single, Make Her Say, and mentions the producers on the album: Kanye, Ratatat, Mike Jean-Baptiste, Will.i.Am, Plain Pat, Emile, Dot Da Genius.
“If you don’t have an electric car before listening to this album, you’re gonna be forced to.”
Also, it looks like the Clipse will be featured on Kid Cudi’s upcoming album, Man on the Moon: The End of Day, on a joint entitled, Angels & Demons. Pusha-T recently told Rap Up that they have recorded a song for his album:
“Cudi is one of those deep guys,” Pusha said. “He’s gonna make you talk about life and he’s gonna make you confess in your song. It’s a great record.”
In part 1 of a 2 part interview, Malice and Pusha-T talk about their rhyming style, their clever wordplay, and if they’re ever worried some of their lines go over people’s heads. Check out the interview below, and keep in mind that their album will be coming out in just a few months.
Just as a side, when part 2 of the interview drops, I will be sure to release it on here, so stay tuned.
