Cudi will release his debut album titled “Man on the Moon: The Guardians”on August 25, 2009. He has been in the studio with Travis Barker, Ryan Leslie, will.i.am, Swizz Beatz, and Just Blaze.
Kid Cudi has a busy summer ahead, in addition to completing his album. Cudi has been included in the lineup at the 2009 Lollapalooza Festival being held Aug. 7-9 at Chicago’s Grant Park. He is also acting in a Mark Wahlberg-produced show for HBO called “How to Make It in America.”
Meanwhile, his first single “Day ‘N’ Nite” is No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
